Balmain is an inward-looking retreat set within Cremorne’s industrial grain. Reworked across four levels, the townhouse reshapes a bold concrete shell into a calm family home defined by privacy, warmth, and restraint. Filtered daylight through the breeze-block façade guides the plan and palette: concrete, oak, and carefully placed stone bring quiet richness, while internal courtyards soften the footprint with light and air. Designed to endure as a luxury short-stay residence, Balmain embodies composed living in the city’s edge.
